Trip Report: It's My Birthday (December 2018)

If you missed the last update, you can read it here.

This morning I didn't just wake up in Disney World, I woke up in Disney World on my 30th Birthday!

I spent some time on our little patio thing taking in the sounds of the Poly. We were really close to the TTC so I was able to watch and listen to the ferry boats. I really like listening to the ferry boats-its very relaxing.

Eventually, I got around and ready for the day. This included doing my make-up and curling my hair. I almost never do that on vacation, but it was my birthday and we were going to Hoop-Dee-Doo tonight. For some reason, I really like doing it up for Hoop-Dee-Doo.

Once everyone was around, we took a Minnie Van to Fort Wilderness. We got there around noon and had about an hour to kill before we could get our golf cart.

So, we hung out around the stables where the horseback riding horses are. They were getting a gang together to go out. My dad really wants to ride (he rids at home). I told him if he gets below the weight limit, I would do it with him the next time we came down.

Eventually, we picked up our golf cart. My parents made me drive it to Pioneer Hall. It was not happy about it, because I'm a really anxious driver in my own car. My dad was nice enough to park it for me though.
